How I Designed This
I imported the .stl file in blender and shrunk the eyebrow using tools in sculpt mode. I was lucky because the eyebrow and the body had no common vertices although they overlapped, so I could check the "front faces only" option of the tool that left the body untouched when worked from the inside. After shrinking the eyebrow enough i could select and delete it completely. For the arms, I used similar tools and enabled "dyntopo" (dynamic topology) to make the mesh simpler. I used a colored cylinder as a guide to make the cuts as round as possible, yet I know they are not perfect, they are just hard to notice.
