My wife had knee surgery and we had crutches loaned too us, with old foam handles that were falling apart. This has a 20 mm inside diameter to go over the hard handle.

I printed this on a Modified Ender 3 V2 with a direct drive attachment.

I used Techbears TPU which I believe to be TPU 87A. It is very soft and you need to have a flexible filament extruder if you are not direct drive.

The handle came out softer than any TPU I have printed I think because of the concentric infill.

It worked really well. I used normal support touching build plate.

If you wanted a firmer handle cover, increase infill to 75% Mine came out about as firm as the original foam.

The support pulled right off and I didn't have to do any other post processing. There are places I could have smoothed, but I wanted to see if it worked and I pressed it into service.

I have really loved designing things in Fusion360 I am getting better at it and it only takes me a few minutes to design things I can use. I like to print usefull things, and have made many parts I could not buy.
