Summary

A wall mount for iPads. Here's an excerpt from the original description:

"Not quickly removable but very secure."

I wanted my iPad to be "quickly removable", so I modified the design so that the top holder can easily be taken off without the need for a screwdriver, and without sacrificing grip security.
However, if you've already used the original design, this remix sadly moves the screw position, requiring a new hole in your wall. Sorry about that.

(For good measure, I also added a loop on the left side to hold the cable. Obviously wouldn't work with a lightning connector.)

Here's the rest of the original description, I haven't been able to test it on anything but an iPad 2 either.

"Designed for iPad 2 but should be scalable to fit newer versions. I haven't tried, but here are my best guesses for the scale factors, they should be close at least. Not sure about the button location.

iPad 1 0.528" - scale 153%
iPad 2 0.346" - scale 100%
iPad 3 & 4 0.37" - scale 107%
iPad Air 0.295" - scale 85%
iPad Air 2 0.24" - scale 69%"
