Summary
This is a wall mount I made for my 4G router (Huawei B818). There are two versions of it: one with holes in the support plates and one without. Take your pick.
The mount has three counter sunk screw holes to attach it to the wall. The router can be attached to the mount with thin double sided tape. There are ventilation holes on the mount that match the ones on the bottom of the router, so it should effect cooling only minimally.

Notes:
I printed mine with draft quality as it will not be on display. Your milage may vary. 20 % infill is plenty, 15 % or even 10 % will do, specially with the design with holes.
PLA is fine, as this shouldn't get too hot. Just make sure you know how much your PLA shrinks and correct it when slicing. I didn't and had to file a bit as this is a snug fit. Again, as it will never be on display, it was fine.
