Simple bed flex sheet alignment solution using two M3 screws, compatible with all voron 2 sizes
This design uses a screw (like the Prusa heatbed) to align the bed, so no more plastic parts physically in contact with the bed. I've been running this for a while and it's completely fine with the bed at 100C. The screw is properly adjustable so you can get maximum alignment action without any of the worries of colliding with the print head. Plus the screws are extremely rigid so you get a reassuring stop the moment the sheet is in the right place.
You do still have to make sure the left and right sides are lined up but that's the easy part
Use something temperature resistant (ABS, ASA, some nylons, PC etc) so it doesn't flop the moment your bed gets warm. PETG is probably not good enough. A couple extra top/bottom and perimeters might be useful. Feel free to swap left and right sides if needed
Instructions:
- Install heatset inserts as shown

- Install two roll in nuts on the rear of both bed extrusions
- Install two M3x20 in the heatset inserts and screw them down. Yes, it'll be stiff and it's designed that way. Screw them down until you have about 10-15mm exposed

- Use the two holes and 4 M4x8 BHCS to mount the parts to the bed extrusions, where the head of the screws sit close to the edge of the bed

- Adjust the height of the screws by turning them, until they become level to the bed with the spring steel sheet on
