Summary
I'm a little late to the meme game, but I made this ring as an example for a "3D modeling in TinkerCAD" workshop I was running. I'm actually pretty proud of it, though it's simple and silly, and a little tight on my finger.
The ring hole is 20mm, which is between size 10 and 10 1/2 in US size.
On your index finger, he sort of hangs off the side in a fun way.
On your pinky, he hides inside your hand and only you know you're feeling the Bern.
Here's the file on TinkerCAD, in case you want to edit the Ring size

Notes:
I printed this on an Ultimaker 3 with soluble supports, which came out pretty good. rnPrint on its side so the ring is strongrnrnI also printed on a Form2 with Tough 200 resin, which looks better.
How I Designed This
This was a quick job on TinkerCAD, with just a couple measured cylinders (one solid, one hole) to make the ring. Group the two cylinders AND bernie once you get is all positioned, to remove a bit of Bernie's butt that creeps inside the ring.
