View Tinkercad image for reference on how to cut the acrylic for the front - I'd recommend something like 1/8" thick.

Attachment holes in the tower are small - about 2mm. They are there pretty much just to get location. Enlarge them with a drill to match whatever small screws you have lying around, making the hole just slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the screw. Just enough that the screw will bite into the PLA (if thats what you use) but not enough to split the thin wall.
