This is a baffle that fits on the outside of the Ender 3 Pro housing (may fit other Creality models that use the same steel housing). It is held on with a magnet and the air intake is at the top.
This thing does an excellent job of silencing the hot end fan, and of keeping debris out of the fan blades.

Select a refrigerator magnet about 8 to 12mm dia X 3 to 5mm thick. Measure the thickness of the magnet. With the baffle in your slicer flat side down, place a support blocker on the center post of the baffle. Set the properties of the blocker to "Modify settings for overlaps" and to "Cutting Mesh". Use "Select Settings" and pick "Wall Line Count"=0, "Top Layers"=0, "Infill Density"=0. The blocker should measure X15 Y15 Z10. Adjust the bottom of the blocker to 11.4 minus the magnet thickness. After printing, super-glue the magnet to the post.
