TechnoSwiss made a good bracket that fits my 12 port monoprice network punch down plate. However I needed it to be mountable in my Leviton Structured Media panel using the Push-Lock Pins. I remixed it and made it work for my environment:

• Shorten height by 10mm to allow for patch cables to fit and yet have room for punch down
• Added Push-Lock Pins holes for outer mount and inner mount
• Aligned holes with Leviton panel
• Shorten length of bracket by 4mm to fit monoprice panel perfectly.
