Summary

My design of Percy Jackson's sword, Riptide. A 36" long 9/32" steel rod is required for the print. It fits inside the entire sword and holds it together. Total model including support is about 630 grams.

I used PETG however PLA will work just fine. The tip has an infill of 50 percent, the pommel and handle have 70 percent fill. Everything else has 20 percent fill.
