Summary
A snowball pyramid for those tea lights with LEDs, which you find everywhere these days. Use 1+3 snowballs for a two-story pyramid 1+3+6 = 10 snowballs for a three-story pyramid.
Optional step: replace the coin cell batteries by a common 3V power supply. I used this one, which works with a powerbank or a mobile charger.
I printed in clear(-ish) PETG using 0.8 mm nozzle and 0.5 mm layers for a reasonably quick print.

Building the pyramid
The snowballs fit together in a ring of three or a ring of six.
The topmost snowball stands on a ring of three snowballs. There is a flat surface near the top of each snowball, which fits with a corresponding surface near the bottom (there are three of them at the bottom).
Each of the three snowballs in the middle layer stands on two snowballs of the bottommost layer.

Optional step: add power supply
LED-lights are commonly powered by 3.3V coin cells, which may last around 24 hours. To save the planet and a lot of hassle, the batteries can be replaced by a common power supply, which is used by all the lights of the pyramid.
