A cookie cutter for making penguins

When I design this it is aprox. 80mm(3.15") x65mm(2.5") and in the correct orientation for printing but when I export it as .stl and then import it into my slicer software it is 1/10th scale and in the wrong orientation. I would appreciate feedback if other people find the same and I will scale it x10 and rotate it before I export it as .stl and re-upload the file.
