Lots of nooks so use dissolvable supports

 Words 1 & 2 = (50 wide, 50 deep, 30mm tall) each.  Note; word 2 is 90 degrees to word 1. 

Switch word 2 from a solid to a hole and group it exactly with a (50,50,30) box. Now switch what was just grouped to a hole and group it exactly with word 1.
Must attach a base to hold it all together. Note; these dimensions work well with 2 or 3 letter words, larger words may need larger dimensions. The first word will dictate the dimensions for the 2nd word and the grouping box, must be the same.
