Thanks t1t4 for the great design!

To make it easier to assemble, I have uploaded version with edited toleraces. I kept them kind of tight, but no sanding should be required (apart from support removal).

Some of the objects were not edited - helicopter_skids and helicopter_rotor_plug, but I added them to the files so you don't need to download it twice.

Tolerances checked and helicopter printed. Enjoy!

Layer height variable 0.2 - 0.07 according to shape, 4 layers, 5-10% infill.
Supports were easy to pop out.
Skids and tail will require a bit of force to snap.

Not saying it is the only true way to do that, but if you have no clue, you can inspire.

Rotors - Cut bigger holes and flattened the circles tops & bottoms
Body - altered holes for rotor plugs and skids
Tail boom - altered hole for rotor plug
Tail rotor plug - made shorter with bigger lock ring
