I recently made this for a Tiktok @nerdlab3d on Tiktok
only used support for the chin so his face wouldn't fall of the keycap, this was all made on TinkerCad.

supports on the chin is the most crucial part, doesn't really need supports on ears or keycap. feel free to use supports inside the keycap.
