Summary
Parameters for the boxes are the number of sides, (3 through 12), the length of a side, the height of the box, and the thickness of the walls. The sides can be decorated with a random placement of trianglar holes on a hexagonal grid. It is possible to make each box unique. Five sample boxes and lids are provided. The OpenSCAD code that generated the boxes and lids is included.

Decorating the Boxes
A single parameter determines the number of random triangular holes in each face of the boxes. It can be zero in which case no decoration occurs. It can be a small positive integer; more holes are created when larger integers are used. The base of the sample hexagonal box was not decorated, parameters for the sides of the box were 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 while the parameter for the lid was 16. Except for the base, parameters for the square box and lid were all greater than or equal to 12 giving faces where most of the possible space is taken
up with triangular holes.
