I printed the bottom with 'enforcer supports only' these are used on the screw receivers as I did not take them all the way to the back of the case.
print flat side down I.e top surface and bottom surface go down to the printing plate.
I used White and one can see the circuit boards blue LED through the case.
How I Designed This
simple case to protect the controller module. I did not provide holes for the three adjustment buttons as I figured I would set it once and probably not touch it again. If wanted, one could drill paper clip size holes to access the three switches.
there are two cutouts to bring wires out I made the one on the left deeper so that the fan control wiring can come out the same side as the power and thermometer. I'm using 18 in extension for the fan controller cable.
I used 3 mm cap head screws the ones holding the printed circuit board to the bottom are 4 mm long you could use 6 mm long if that's what you had on hand. the 3 mm cap head screws to secure that top to the bottom I used 8 mm long screws you could probably use 6 mm long ones. Screws are friction fit no threads so you might have to push a little to get them started.
