The Bioness L300 (http://www.bioness.com/) is a technology for children and adults with certain neurological conditions walk more naturally. Unfortunately the part that holds the strap seems to break fairly frequently. This is a replacement for that part.

Incidentally, the picture is of an earlier version that wasn't as sturdy, but it gives you an idea of the finished product.
