So I downloaded https://www.printables.com/model/1692399-mi-band-10-9-charging-stand-v07 and loved it because the charging head fit perfectly. Problem was that my watch kept falling over every time I tried to use it. So I made a base to fit and glued them together. Now it works like it should.
