I extended it 1mm in addition to the original design's 1mm (2mm over factory). I'm assuming the extra length will work great wearing gloves or for small hands. It's now very obvious when I'm on the button and I know my thumb has the range of motion needed to release the mag. I also did some slight sanding to the top adn bottom surfaces to make it fit perfectly. Thanks for your original design Brad!
