This model is specifically designed for these light bars found on Amazon.com. One side of the bracket has a radius to match most monitors with a curved back and the other side is flat to accept the light bar.

You will need 2 brackets per light (a total of 4 if you purchase from the Amazon link above).

I used a removable foam double-face tape to apply them, but any type of DF VHB tape will work.
