Although informed from other existing models reusing the Ubiquiti level tubes, I designed this from scratch using FreeCAD. (FreeCAD file attached).  This is a simple model that allows re-use of two bubble levels that ship with Ubiquiti network hardware.  Kudos to Ubiquiti for supplying them, as them make it easy to ensure your network equipment is mounted in a level fashion!
