The module is designed to upgrade the Creality K1Max 3D printer. It provides:

top‑feed delivery of plastic filament (including flexible TPU) directly to the hotend, bypassing PTFE tubes and reducing friction;

conditional airtightness of the working area for printing with challenging materials: ABS, carbon fiber‑filled or glass fiber‑filled composites (prevents filament breakage inside PTFE tubes).

the model is supplied disassembled (separate parts for subsequent gluing);

includes a filament spool mount using 608 bearings (reduces unwinding resistance);

openings are covered with solid polycarbonate (alternative: any suitable sheet material, e.g., thick cardboard);

non‑mechanical parts can be glued with acetone (if printed in ABS or ABS‑derived materials).

polycarbonate (or equivalent) for cover panels.

Print parts with minimal gaps for tight fitting.

Assemble the mechanical component (spool mount with bearings).

Glue non‑detachable elements using acetone.
