This model is capable of making different cities. The buildings may render into each other, but there are different types of buildings, one waterway, and parks. You can choose to have skyscrapers, which can be quite tall, and have a lot of them. You can have smaller buildings, that will be apartments, and they can house lots of people. There are also individual houses, which will render one per block (going to fix in next edition). There are also 4 types of shops you can choose from, retail, food, tech, and other shops. You can choose how many to have. You can also select the height of all of these buildings, the city size, block size, etc. This runs in OpenSCAD, and you can either change the parameters in the code, or go to the parameters tab.
