This project is a rotating device designed to practice boxing slips.

It consists of several 3D-printed PLA parts:

-Base

Dimensions: 90 mm in diameter and 90 mm in height.

The rotating piece is mounted on top of it.

The sturdier and heavier the supporting pole, the less the whole structure wobbles.

-Rotating piece (recommended version with two holes)

Dimensions: 70 mm in diameter and 70 mm in height.

It rotates on the base through a screw connection.

It has two sockets with an inner diameter of 21.50 mm and a depth of 10 mm, designed to fit wooden broom handles. These handles act as the rotating arms for training.

-Upper piece (with a single hole at the base)

Same socket dimensions as the rotating piece (21.50 mm diameter × 10 mm depth).

A broom handle can be screwed into this socket to act as the vertical support pole, holding the entire structure upright.

When assembled, the device functions as a rotor with wooden arms that spin freely, allowing the user to practice boxing slips and reflexes.

Supports are needed for the sockets.
