Summary
ESP Heating Controller PCB Housing
A 3D-printable housing for the ESP Heating Controller PCB - a smart radiator fan control system that improves heating efficiency through temperature-controlled forced convection.
Description
This housing is designed to protect and mount the ESP Heating Controller PCB. The controller monitors radiator temperatures using up to 4 DS18B20 sensors and controls up to 6 fans to optimize heat distribution and improve heating system efficiency.
What This Housing Is For
The ESP Heating Controller is a heating optimization system that:
- Monitors flow and return water temperatures
- Measures air inlet and outlet temperatures at the radiator
- Controls up to 6 PC fans with shared PWM signal
- Runs Tasmota firmware for smart home integration
- Provides manual control via three buttons
- Integrates with Home Assistant, MQTT, and other home automation platforms
By adding forced convection to traditional radiators, the system significantly improves efficiency at lower flow temperatures, making it ideal for heat pump installations.
