Summary
This is a clever mechanical auto power off in Ender 5, using a minimum parts and short movements.
With the force of the servo Y, that moves the axis frame X until the position 225 the mechanism move a pedal tu turn a vertical shaft that has a arm tu turn the switch off.

Hardware shop components
- 2 Ball bearing: 608zz
- 3 Screw: M3 x 8mm or similar
- 3 nut: M3
- 1 wood rod: 450 mm, diameter 10 mm.
- 2 grub screw: M3 x 8mm
Note: I has been using this mechanical power-off since 2 years ago, perfectly.

Post-Printing
Maybe you need a little sanding to fit the parts accordingly your printer precision.
Is necessary to assembly the components, printed and from your local workshop.
Is necessary to modeling woodcut or sand the wood rod accordingly to the drawing to make some steps to lock able the soft movement. (see technical drawing)
- Install in the TopSupport the bearing 608zz
- Install in the BottomSupport the bearing 608zz
- Introduce the PushSwitch into the wood rod.
- Lock the PushSwitch with the M3 grub screw.
- Introduce the TopSupport+Bearing into the wood rod at the top
- Install the assembly in the Ender5.
- Lock the assembly with the T-nut M3. One (1) T-nut in the BottomSupport, and two (2) T-nut in the TopSupport.
- Install the TurnArm into the wood rod and lock with M3 grub screw.
In software or code, in your *.gcode of your part, you must to include
G4 S360 ;Wait 360 secs for the nozzle to cooldown
G0 F2400 Y225 ;Move the bed to Y=225mm and turn off the printer
after turn off fan, hotend and bed
