The gate latch on the Skyjack scissor lift was not functioning properly. Inspection revealed that the latch return spring was not working because the original bushing had broken. A replacement bushing was designed and 3D printed using PETG with 20% infill. After installing the printed bushing, the spring is now able to return the latch correctly, restoring normal gate function.
