A small clip to keep cables hidden inside V-slot aluminum extrusions. It slides into the slot and holds wires inside the channel so they stay tidy and out of the way.
It’s especially useful for organizing wiring on 3D printers, CNC machines, laser engravers, or DIY frames built from V-slot profiles.
The design presses into the slot and holds cables in place while still allowing easy removal if you need to modify or add wires later.
Available versions
5 mm length
10 mm length
15 mm length
You can also create a custom length by scaling the model along one axis in your slicer.
Printing:
No supports required
0.2 mm layer height works well
PLA or PETG recommended
Print in the orientation from the STL for best strength
The current version fits loosely in the slot, which means it can slide freely along the extrusion. This can actually be useful if you want to reposition it easily.
If you prefer a tighter fit so the clip stays in place, simply scale the model up a few percent in your slicer before printing.
