You'll need 2X inner and 2X outer pieces. Note the inner pieces are NOT the same. One (0.1) is slightly larger.
Tested with ABS with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height, worked fine but needed tangs.
Finalized with PETG 0.6mm nozzle and 0.25mm layer height (shown).
Remember to increase the wall thickness for the inner parts as needed to ensure blade doesn't break through to infill.
