We had the space to mount the front door keypad directly to the wall, but the back door setup was more limited—it had to be placed on a cabinet made of particleboard. Rather than mounting directly to the panel surface, I felt more comfortable securing the bracket through the side of the panel for added strength. To make that work, I designed this custom mount that accommodates three M3 threaded inserts, ensuring a solid and long-lasting installation.
