Summary
Remix of the Peon 230: (Peon 250)
Reason for most these mods is due to running this frame and a Speedybee Mario 5 frame.
So, many of my mods are based upon a remix of the Peon 230 mashed with a Speedybee Mario 5 frame so I can cross parts between my 2 frames I run. Thanks for looking!!
- Extended arms by 10MM to fit the 5.1" props I had; turns this into a Peon 250 technically. Both "strong" and "light" versions included.
- VTX Cam mount: Reduced top clearance to 30MM (use M3 x 30MM standoff's for frame posts).
2a. VTX/cam mount has 2MM mount holes 20MM apart to fit VTX upright. (For example a TX800)
2b. VTX/cam mount has mount for standard 19MM wide FPV cams. Utilize TPU cam mounts (in files). TPU mounts are from the Speedybee Mario 5 TPU files. - Hex sides: these are based upon 30MM standoff's. Print 2 original 1 and "mirror" 1.
- Peon top: based upon the wider top (for wider straps), included 20.5" mounting holes for the additional rods for Mario 5 rear mount system.
- Peon bottom: based upon V1.1 remixed to extend the bottom real estate to accept a transmitter/receiver/capacitor, whatever? Also put an antennae hole to escape out the back. There is also mounting holes for the rear Mario 5 mount system. 20MM by 20MM 2MM screw holes in there.

Notes:
Recommend infill to meet needs of flyer and motors/setup of quadcopter. Fly at your own risk.
Arms: depends on "strong" "light" version. At least 30% with PLA+ or CF enforced.
Top/Bottom: I print with 35% infill PLA+ (bottom-supports due to cavity, recommend "tree")
Sides: 15% on the side, (supports if your printer can't do 50% overhangs or want it super clean)
Cam/VTX mount: 15% w/supports recommend "tree supports"

The items pictured are all printed from a Elegoo Neptune 2 printer with a stock hot-end (yes it will print PETG-CF, PLA+, and TPU like a champ...When you get all the cobwebs shook off, if you have one then you understand, haha). Anyway, I digress, I bought a new printer and all new prints will be listed as such.

It works
I started this project with 4 cheap Amazon motors and finding the Peon 230 frame. Went crazy with Tinkercad and as they say the rest is history.
Please don't judge my older mind or shaky soldering hands as they ain't as sharp as they used too could.
