3M & aliexpress sell small wire hooks that are very cheap & stick really well, but the hooks are too small to easily hang clothes off.

This part slips over the wire hook to make a bigger target for hanging things off.

Printed with enough walls to make this totally solid, it can easily handle a heavy pair of pants or a coat, without being needlessly bulky. I had a play around with Fusion 360's FEA to make this reasonably optimised.

Make sure to print on its side so the lines are running along the curve!
