Summary
Print volumes of revolution as a stack of separate slices (disk or washer). The files here are set up for a washer but the .scad file can be modified for a disk or more generally for arbitrary inner and outer radii. There are matching pins and sockets so the slices line up well and the slices are numbered from bottom to top.

Notes:
The fit of the pins into the sockets might vary a little from printer to printer. The value tol in the .scad file controls this. 25 slices looks pretty smooth (picture on the right). It helps if your slicer, like the Prusa slicer, will separate objects and then let you rearrange them or will rearrange them for you because no attempt is made in the .scad to save space.
