Summary

This mount was modified to fit a Dell OptiPlex 3060 Micro and be hung on a TV wall mount bracket behind the TV. You'll need to print 2 of them to slip onto either side of the Dell Micro and then hooked onto the wall bracket. It's being used as a media center PC in our bedroom so it's tucked away and the cables hidden. 

It's made for the dimensions of a Dell Micro, but it would need scaled up maybe a millimeter for a Lenovo Tiny and down a couple of millimeters for an HP mini.
