Summary

This is a ling throwing top for antennas or other items you wish to pull up into tall trees. it works like a sling shot, Only it attaches to the end of a broom pole or paint roller extended handle. You use a heavy object attached to a string or wire of some sort. to build it you use two 5 foot long pieces of surgical tubing as the elastics and patch of leather or other rubber as the sling.
