Summary
In almost all low-cost home printers, made in china linear bearings, in addition to being noisy, are very inaccurate, presenting large clearances.
The solution proposed here, which I have been using for some time with good results, aims to reduce the problems mentioned above, with a reduced cost.
The parts are 6, 3 for the Y and 3 for the X. The 30mm long bronze bushings were purchased on Aliexpress.
I decided to print the parts in ASA in order to get more stability over time and with temperature variations, but in the first version, I printed the parts in PLA.
