I live in a rented apartment, but I also have smart lights, so I can't make any "permanent" changes.
I installed the smart switch above the ordinary switch, but whenever guests visit, they always use the ordinary switch instead of the smart one.

So I made this cover plate, which can tightly cover the switch and is equipped with hinges, so it can still be used but is somewhat hidden.

This cover plate also needs to leave space for the socket so that it can still be used, as that part is still functional.

The effect is very good.
