This is a simple lung ventilator model designed primarily for simulation-based medical training and educational purposes.

The model consists of three parts:

• The main ventilator body with the option to attach a simple ventilation circuit,

• Two threaded rotary control knobs,

• And a removable screen panel that can be replaced or customized with specific values or settings.

The model is intended as a teaching aid for emergency medicine, paramedic training, simulation scenarios, or demonstration purposes.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG

• Perimeters: minimum 3

• Infill: 15–25%

Tips & Tricks:

• The model can be scaled up if desired. However, keep in mind that scaling may affect compatibility with the attached ventilation tubing.

• For a more realistic feel and increased resistance when turning the control knobs, you can wrap the threads with plumber’s/PTFE tape to reduce unwanted free rotation.
