This is a vented chugger head for use in trolling with ballyhoo. It can also be ran alone with a skirt and hook. Vents create a nice smoke trail and keep bubbles from ruining bait. It can be scaled for whatever size bait or fish you are targeting. I use eyes purchased off amazon and seal them in with resin.
