This is a swamp air-conditioner unit that you can attach to your cat's carrier to help cool them during their journey!

2x 12cm rubber bands or elastic string
For securing the baggie up top

6x wires or zipties
To secure the unit to your cat carrier and the lid

Project wire / solder / shrink wrap / soldering gun, etc. for wiring

INSTRUCTIONS

PRINTABLES:

Print the lid (ironing setting) and main at 5% infill to keep it lightweight. The lid will need supports. Print the fan grille and battery shield at 15% infill.

ELECTRONICS & ASSEMBLY

Clip the tabs off the sides of the rocker switch, place in the hole and hot glue into place. Place the the fan* and assemble / wire / solder everything. Use the battery shield to protect the 9v by placing in the lid (stays put by friction). Tie rubber bands (or elastic strings) through the holes and place the frozen baggie in the holder. Use small zip ties (in the holes at the sides) to keep the lid on. Secure to the cat carrier with wire or zip ties (the holes at the bottom).

• fan must be placed so the air is blowing OUT through the bottom holes.
