I was trying to find a heart shaped shelf bracket at one point, but was unsuccesful. So I decided to make one myself. It is easily 3d printable. 

Use double sided tape to mount it. Be considered of how strong the tape you use is, since most double sided tapes don't hold too well to the wall. Tho, I am sure you know that already:+)
