USB-C charger for vapes that charges until the button is held, then the charger is disconnected so you can use the vape.

- (optional) Super Glue, Epoxy, UV Resin, Hot Glue, or similar to glue the male USB-C port in place.
Assembly
- Print the 4 parts.
- Solder the two USB connectors and the switch as shown in the pictures.
- Insert the female USB port into the hole, and make sure it is fully seated.
- Slide the small USB port bracket under the port from the side. This part secures the bottom of the port and blocks the back of it so it can't slide out. You should screw this part in with a 2x10mm self tapping screw and optionally add some glue so the USB port can't move (see pictures, I used UV resin).
- Slide the male USB port into position. It is held securely by the top cover.
- Place the microswitch into position as shown. If your microswitch has a metal lever on it, you can break it off carefully with a pliers. The button of the microswitch should be centered in the opening when inserted properly. You do not need the center pin on the switch (that's for a normally-closed configuration and if you use it, the charger will only be on when you have the button pressed). Secure the microswitch with two 2x10mm self tapping screws.
- Put the magnets in the holes in an orientation where they oppose each other. You might want to use a bit of glue to hold them, although they will stay in place without glue if you can get it assembled without them coming out.
- Put the top cover on. It should be a tight fit and stay together because the tolerances are very tight.
Note that you need to use a USB-C cable that passes 5 volts without any negotiation. This should be true of all cables with a standard USB connector on the other end. High-end USB-C power delivery cables plugged into a power delivery port probably won't work. Both USB-C ports on the bill of materials are reversible, so it doesn't matter which way you plug them in.
