Grabbed a nice yellow extruder online and it certainly looked like it was missing parts and the filament was almost impossible to feed through.

Created a small insert with:

1. Thread to match,
2. Cone shaped insert to aid in directing the filament through
3. Hex top to aid in installation and removal

Made for myself but sharing just in case others run into same dilemma as me.
(PS, I did try 2 other designs and they were not suitable and I could either not get filament to feed through, or they just did not fit the threads.

Being so small, just print at 100% infill.
