This is a stand for the Ring Alarm Pro base station. It has stand-offs between the base station and the stand so it holds the base station in the right position, and I put a cutout in the bottom so you can pass cables through it. I used two #10x24 1" machine screws to in the keyhole slots. Hint: if you're using the Ethernet ports, try a right-angle adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FHC1A90/).
