Abstract
Yesterday, I helped a good friend improve his RV.
For this reason, I printed some Velcro fasteners to secure the solar panels and their cables to the wall. These fasteners are suitable for Velcro of different widths and are very sturdy.
There are three sizes available for selection.
Small size: suitable for Velcro straps with a width of no more than 14 mm.
Medium size: Suitable for Velcro straps with a width of no more than 22 mm.
Large size: suitable for Velcro straps with a width of no more than 30 mm.
To install the brackets, I recommend using 3.5 mm wood screws. When installing, please make sure not to over-tighten the screws.
In the RV, I used ASA filament with a layer height of 0.3 mm, a nozzle of 0.6 mm, a circumference of 3, and a fill rate of 25%.
Another feature of this design is that excess cables can be placed between the fasteners and the wall. This prevents them from being accidentally opened and makes the setup look neater. You can also use a very long strap to wrap it around several times.
In addition, this design is not only used for cable management, but can also handle heavier tasks, such as storing tools.
Wish you a pleasant printing experience!
By the way, I've also designed some other fixers for electrical wires, and I'll release them soon.
