This is designed to subdivide an existing gridfinity box. It will nest in the "efficient floor" boxes models generated by Gridfinity Extended (https://gridfinity.perplexinglabs.com/pr/gridfinity-extended/0/0 and/or https://github.com/ostat/gridfinity_extended_openscad) - I've tested with both traditional and rounded efficient floors, but not smooth.
The divider itself is 2 units wide and 6 units tall. When installed, you can still stack other bins on top.
Recommend printing with 2 bottom layers and 2 top layers to save filament, but you do you.
I made all the changes in slicer and I've included several sub-models of this one in case you'd like to build on top of this work. The general order of operations was:
Generate a 4x4x6 gridfinity box with 1.2mm floor thickness
Cut the box and rearrange the pieces to form a 2x2 wall (0 2x2 divider basic cut)
Cut the base off of the wall (1 2x2 divider wall)
If you are recreating this for yourself, slim the wall here instead of in step 9.
Going back to the 4x4 box, subtract the box floor from an 84x84x7mm cube (2 2x2 divider floor flat)
Subtract the resulting floor from itself, with a 1.8mm z-offset, to form an "efficient floor" (3 2x2 divider floor efficient - 1.8mm thick)
Add the wall from step 3 (4 2x2 divider square)
Cut the whole thing to fit within an 84x84 diamond (5 2x2 divider diamond untrimmed)
Trim the tips so that the longest dimension is 76mm (6 2x2 divider diamond)
Slim down the part of the wall below the bulge to 1.2mm (7 2x2 divider diamond thin wall)
I should have done this in step 3.
