Remarks about ICCS :

• To get the base pylon model, refer to "ICCS - Base Wheel and Pylon Pack", planned 2020/04/29.
• Some models include thin print supports (the one I use), but I also provide alternative without them (concerned in this pack: CCg4 outW B2 [32.STL)

STL volumes - warning :

• my files can contain intricated volumes (that are well interpreted by my slicer). I suppose issue/misinterpretation can occur with other softwares, so check/preview your print prior to proceed and please tell me when you encounter that problem (mentionning the slicer). If that happen too often I will provide mono-volumic STLs.

About this pack :

• Horizontal or slope-adaptable rope relay system (pivotable trapeze)
• Triple pulley set, one is amovible (use rubber band as tensor when upside down)
• Suitable for ground or ceiling fixation.
• To be glued : clip on pylon; Optionally: trapezes on clip
• The rest to be assembled with M1.6 / M2 standard (15+20mm long needed) or with 3Dprinted bolt & nuts (see my CAD designs).

Some washes and socket/buffer are needed, you can print then using my "CAD-bolt&nuts pack#1" [thing: - upcoming]

Printing :

• I printed these very slow to get the best results (with Machine3D brand filament)
• I don't use raft, but that requires accurate bed levelling
• Some of my models include thin print supports (the one I use), but I also provide alternative without them. Concerned in this pack: CCg4 outW B2 [32.STL.

Kit de pièces pour pylône - V3 light

Appartient au groupe "ICCS" (pour "Iseno Cable Car System")
Système de télécabine inspiré de celui d'Iseneau en Suisse.

Remarque sur le groupe ICCS :

• le modèle du pylone (profil en H de 20cm), vous référer au kit "Base Wheel and Pylons Pack" [thing à venir sous peu]
• certaines pièces comprennent des supports artificiels, et sont disponible sans.

volumes STL - attention :

• mes fichiers sont parfois constitués de plusieurs volumes intriqués. Ils sont correctement interprété par mon software, mais je suppose que ça n'est pas forcément le cas. Si cela arrivait fréquemment (réf. à la qté de demandes que je recevrai), je produirai des objets mono-volumiques. Exprimez-vous!

À propos du kit :

• pylone de relai pour télécabine normalisé, pivotable
• système à 3 poulie (deux d'appui, une de sureté/renvoi), l'emploi d'un élastic peut servir à contrer la gravité (lorsque pivoté)
• s'adapte à un pilier fixé au sol ou au plafond
• pièces à coller: clip sur pylone (lorsque position déterminée); trapèze sur clip, (lorsque rotation déterminée)
• le reste s'assemble avec de la visserie, en M1,6 (+tampon à imprimer), en M2 ou avec un version imprimée (voire p. ex. mon kit bolt&nuts dans le groupe CAD-designs pack#1)

Pièces supplémentaires nécesssaires :

• Moult rondelles et tampon (disponible en divers dimensions dans mon groupe CAD-designs pack#1, thing: - à venir)

Impression :

• À imprimer très lentement pour le meilleur résultat (avec du fil Machine3D en ce qui me concerne)
• Pas besoin de radeau
• Certain objet nécessitent des supprts, j'en ai dessiné moi-même pour optimiser l'impression (et je fourni alors des version sans). Objet concerné ici : CCg4 outW B2 [32.STL.
