I recently broke a couple of original hex drivers and the new replacement drivers I got didn't have an endcap on them and that made them somewhat uncomfortable to use, so I threw together these quick and simple models so it sits in your hand more comfortably and its firmness is customizable based off your slicer settings, so it can match your desired feel and comfort level. There are two sizes for the two different size handles that came with these hex driver sets. They are friction fit, just push them in and they hold nicely while still allowing the endcap to spin "freely" in the palm of your hand. 

Print with your favorite TPU brand and color.  I used Inland Translucent Purple,95A shore hardness, from my local Microcenter and the print settings I used and found are to be the right balance, for me, between flexible and firm are:

- (2) Top Layers
- (2) Bottom Layers
- (2) Walls/Perimeters
- 10% Infill 

I also printed with a textured PEI bed to give the back on the endcap a little texture, I wasn't a fan of smooth.

Play with the print settings as your please to reach your desired level of firmness based on your use case.

I've provided the original Solidworks file, so fellow SW users can make any edits they please, STEP has been provided for non-Solidworks CAD'ers and STL's for those that just want to print and enjoy.
