This model is a replacement locking nut for securing discs on the JFJ Easy Pro Disc Resurfacing Machine. It is designed for reliable function with standard FDM printing.

Tested configuration:
Printed on a Bambu Lab P1S using the included .3mf profile and Sunlu High Speed PETG.

• 0.6 mm nozzle

• 0.18 mm layer height

• 25% gyroid infill

• No supports necessary

Included variants:

• Knurled cap - Basic knurled cap design, no handle

• Handled version - Adds a small handle to the top of the nut to mimic the original design

Both versions use identical threads and perform the same function. The handled version is preferred for both ease of use and muscle memory from using the original, but the knurled version is a safer choice for lower-strength materials such as PLA.

Material notes:
PETG or stronger materials (ABS, ASA, Nylon) are recommended for durability. PLA will work, but is more prone to failure over time.

Fitment:
Designed around typical FDM tolerances. Minor scaling or cleanup may be needed depending on printer calibration.
